How Good is Mark Liquid Eyeliner?

By Christy Francis

Mark makeup's waterproof liquid eyeliner is called Get in Line. This eyeliner comes in a variety of colors and is your typical liquid eyeliner. It has a small eyeliner brush that is attached to the top tube like most other liquid eyeliners. The review I will be covering is based on the color Painted Black. This eyeliner is to be considered to be part of Mark's "hook ups". Mark states that this product will last up to 10 hours and one can paint on a precise line with it's brush. $6.50 for 0.12 fl oz.

Get in Line will come in many different simple colors. Four to be exact. You will discover Black (Painted Black), Brown (Cocoa Coquette), Blue (Deep Aqua), along with a purple (Violet Eyes). Get in Line is very precise in it's application. Its content has 0.12 fluid ounces and will come in a standard container. It is quite compact as well as simple to cart around. You can hook this eyeliner on top of another hook up Mark is offering. The pigmentaion within the black is incredibly pigmented additionally, the duration is fairly incredible.

Pigmentation: My first impression of this eyeliner was "WOW!". One swipe of this liner, the color shows. There is not much need for building up this eye liner as it shows up nice and dark. Texture: This formula dries fairly quickly and it stays. It does not have an odd scent to it in the least and dries matte. Longevity: This eyeliner stays on for a good amount of time. The first time I tried this out, I swiped it on my hand and it lasted through many handwashes and over night. On my eyes, it will last as well throughout the whole day. Application: Get in Line is a breeze to apply. It shocked me at first! The brush is a thin, yet sturdy brush that will lay against the lid and follow the path the hand will lead it. It even seems like a magic wand because if you don't feel like you have a steady hand, you can expect to get a steady line with this liner. If you feel like winging up your liner, this wand will allow you to make that wing at the end of your eye. Packaging: This is part of a hook up, so the size is quite small. However, it does not dry out fast in the least. The applicator brush is magnificant and easily applies liner.

Overall, I believe like this eyeliner is quite definitely worth the purchase. This is a breeze to draw with it on one's eyelid. The brush is thin enough which you can get the liner on to the eyelashes along with building a beautiful flawless line so that you can accentuate your lashes. In case a wing is the thing that you wish, the brush will paint that wing effortlessly.

In my opinion, I've never been one of the most certain about wearing liquid eyeliner. It's always been a fear of mine. Unfortunately for me personally, I've been intrigued and envious of the girls who seemingly and flawlessly paint those lines on their own eyes. I felt like I appeared to be a 3 yr old drawing lines in my small face once i achieved it myself. I've bought a number of different liquid eyeliners and every one ended with the exact same unfortunate tale.

As Lauren Conrad became known for her signature look, I, like many other girls found myself flocking after it. In fact, it was through her experience with Mark and her blogging that she used this very same eyeliner, that made me desirous to try it. I am VERY happy that I did. I feel very confident swiping this across my lids...it seems almost fool proof (which I need!). No longer do I get those pangs of nervousness as I attempt to line my lids with a liquid eyeliner. Thank goodness!
